Some people prefer to do their own search engine optimisation. Others find this a more complex task and seek help. If you follow the guidance of the various search engines, it is not beyond anybody's efforts.
Its best not to try any 'tricky' business in trying to improve your ranking, doing so might get you blacklisted. Write your page ensuring you use the keywords that will appear in your headings, and in your title and description meta tags. List the keywords in your keywords meta tag. Try to keep to simple html for the pages you intend to submit, this is because search engines have problems with Flash, Java, etc.
